key systemgentle staff
the double key system gave me peace of mind. the location was optimum as i was close to the centre. the staff attitude was discreet. they were both gentle and hospitable.
the ventilation system in the restroom was VERY noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to major attractions. the hotel had a lovely authentic vibe. our room was well kept and very clean..
the ventilation system in the bathroom made a bit of noise at night, but it wasn't a big issue.

the breakfast room was fine, filled with historical objects. there was good variety of food. i especially liked fresh pastries and local fruit, a fantastic start to the day, every morning.
